LastKeys SMS Terms and Conditions

Program Name:

LastKeys Secure 2FA, Account Alerts, and Promotional Offers.

Description:

Users who opt-in by entering their phone number will receive secure One-Time Passcodes (OTPs) for login verification and essential account updates. Users who explicitly check the optional promotional opt-in box will also receive marketing SMS messages (e.g., flash deals and last-minute offers).

Message and Data Rates:

Message and data rates may apply to any messages sent or received.

Message Frequency:

Message frequency varies based on user login activity.

Opt-Out Instructions:

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the shortcode or number sending the messages. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@lastkeys.ai.

Carrier Liability:

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

General Terms

By using LastKeys's SMS program, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all terms and conditions outlined above. You understand that:

  • Your phone number is required for 2FA and account alerts. Promotional SMS messages are entirely optional and require a separate, explicit opt-in.
  • You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of OTP codes
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
  • You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes

Limitation of Liability

LastKeys is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for:

  • Delayed or undelivered SMS messages (carrier-dependent)
  • Incorrect information due to carrier errors
  • Unauthorized access to your account
  • Loss of data or service interruptions

Changes to Terms

LastKeys reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

By using LastKeys and providing your phone number, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. You consent to receive required SMS messages for Two-Factor Authentication and transactional account alerts, and you acknowledge that promotional marketing messages will only be sent if you explicitly opt-in.
